If for any reason you need to cancel your order with Blue Oak Leaf Limited, you will need to contact us as soon as possible.
If the product has already been dispatched, you will need to make arrangements to return the item(s).
Products must be returned as they were delivered, boxed and sufficiently protected, and in the same condition that they were received.
Return authorisation, whether it be through faulty/damaged goods or change of mind (not through transport breakage), has to be obtained within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Half of the box or partial products cannot be returned. If one item is damaged in the box, entire box needs to be returned. If any of the goods have been used, or are not available for collection, in certain circumstances Blue Oak Leaf Limited will not be able to replace them.
All product returns must be accompanied with a correctly completely returns form. Items received with no returns form enclosed cannot be processed and / or refunded. A form will be emailed to you on acceptance of return.
Please do not send any returns back to us without prior approval.
We will refund the cost of the product, but a postage and packaging must be paid by the purchaser of the product.
We are not able to accept returns on personal products, such as menstrual products, make-up or any other personal products due to health and safety and hygiene reasons.
Please Note: Some of our products are handmade to order, so the images on the website may not be the exact images shown on the website.
